The Edinburgh city centre apartments, Princes Street Suites, is joining forces with boutique chocolatier, Coco Chocolate on two chocolate experiences – Taste of Coco and Coco Chocolate School.

In the heart of Edinburgh city centre, Princes Street Suites is a 19th century building offering one-, two- and three-bedroom holiday apartments and a three-bedroom penthouse.

Coco Chocolate is an organic chocolatier (which even creates haggis-spiced chocolate!) with two boutique outlets in Edinburgh. Specializing in fine handmade chocolate, the company says it creates chocolate which is high in cocoa content and rich cocoa butter.

Taste of Coco is a personal tasting experience, which is accompanied by a glass of champagne in a two or three bedroom apartment at Princes Street Suites. A Coco connoisseur will host this one-hour masterclass guiding guests through the range of chocolates.

Coco Chocolate School is a two-hour masterclass which will teach guests how to hand temper chocolate on marble, make organic chocolate bars, moulded chocolates and fruit filled broken chocolate. There will be private transfers to and from the Coco Kitchen, champagne and a luxury Coco hamper.
